Personal: Wanted in connection with May 16, 2003, deadly bombings in Casablanca. Said to have taken refuge in northern Tangier region, in Morocco.

Personal:  Among first Indonesians to train in Afghanistan, in 1985. Key figure in Wahdah Islamiyah, group linked with al-Qaida and established in 1989.

Tamsil Linrung

Aliases: N/A

Personal: Detained in Philippines for six weeks for alleged links to international terrorism and involvement in deadly bombings in Manila in December 2000 (arrived back in Indonesia end of April, 2002).

According to Philippine police, was a suspected member of Jemaah Islamiyah.  Indonesian President Sukarnoputri reportedly intervened for his release. Linrung is former treasurer of the National Mandate Party, which is led by Indonesia’s assembly speaker.

Personal: Lives outside Lyon, France. Under investigation by French officials for providing logistical support in connection with a deadly synagogue attack in Tunisia in 2002.

Personal:  Veteran of Afghanistan terror training camps. Leader of bombing team connected with bombings at Riyadh residential compounds in May 2003.

Aliases: N/A

Personal: Under investigation by French authorities for involvement with the April 2002 attack on a synagogue on resort island of Djerba, Tunisia.

Specifically, believed to have bought a satellite phone and shipped it to brother Nizar Naouar (main suspect in the attack) – phone was reportedly used hours before the attack to call people in Pakistan and Germany with suspected links to al-Qaida. Walid Naouar admitted to investigators that he had partial knowledge of his brother’s plans. He did not know, however, what site his brother was planning to target.

Might have been involved in synagogue bombing in Djerba, Tunisia, in April 2002.

Personal: An American citizen sought by U.S. and Pakistani authorities. Believed to be a facilitator for al-Qaida operating out of Pakistan.  The first woman to be accused of having links with Al-Qaida. She holds a PhD in neurological science and has studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Brandeis University.
